Highest Quality Of Physical Therapy Care To Reach Your Peak!

No Contracts, No Hassles-Pay As You Go. 24/7 - Work Out When You Want!

Be aware of all the hidden fees and guidelines for canceling. They are the most disrespectful and disorganized company I have ever worked for. They refused to cancel and kept "losing" our letter to cancel. The endless phone calls were answered by people that did not know the meaning of customer service and did not care to even listen. I would not recommend them. You save money by joining, but I guarantee they make it up in the end. They'll deny it when you sign up, but take my warning serious and save yourself allot of money and heartache.

I HATE working out. It is the bane of my existence and I want to find other ways to attempt to not be a fat girl. However, no one is looking at you while your fat-ass is sweating on the elliptical.…

Mieko's is great if you just want to work out, aren't looking for lots of crazy fancy stuff, and don't want to pay exhorbitant fees. A nice, basic gym. I pretty much avoid their locker rooms and…

Keith Olbermann is a bad boyfriend. We have a standing date on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays and if I show up even just a little bit late, he starts without me. He never cuts me any slack.
